Shipping, Pick-Up & Return Policy
We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout; any delays or costs due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

We also offer pickup at Los Colobos Mall in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Once the order is processed, our team will contact the customer to schedule the pickup. Please provide your contact number at checkout.

Refunds are not accepted. Exchanges may be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase, if the item is in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges apply only to boutique clothing and are subject to availability. Pre-owned clothing is final sale and cannot be exchanged. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
